Why list on our Auction Platform:

How it Works:
Registering / Biding on a property
- Email your full name / address / contact number to auction@mypad.co.uk
- We will then register you on our system
- You will receive and email asking for your property purchase requirements and some basic financial information
- Once registered you can submit a bid on a live property, once accepted you will confirm by email
- Once you win the auction, both parties solicitors will receive an email from us with the Memorandum of Sale
Listing a Property for the Auction:
- Email your full name / address / contact details / property detail you looking to sell to auction@mypad.co.uk
- We will contact you and obtain the full property details to create the listing / online brochure
- Property listed within 3 working days
- Regular auction bid / enquires sent to the seller
