Residential Lettings

Applying for a property with MyPad is simple and easy, just fill in a PDF application form available below.

You need to complete an application for every adult living at the property, the form can be emailed, faxed or posted. You can also collect a copy from the office. Once completed please return with the following documents:

1. Photo ID, Driving Licence, Passport or similar
2. Bank Statement from the previous 2 months
3. Proof of work, this can be a written reference or email

There’s no need to pay an application fee upfront and we will do the full reference checks for FREE and we offer a same day reply to applications received before 2pm.

Once you have been accepted we will arrange for the paperwork to be done at a suitable time to YOU and the property is on hold for YOU.
